Outstanding Marketing Award

This award recognises a group or organisation that has delivered an outstanding marketing campaign or promotional activity within the business events sector.

Eligible entries include destination, product, or service marketing initiatives executed

between July 2025 and June 2026, showcasing creativity, strategy, and measurable success. Entries are self-submitted and open to single organisations or groups of organisations that worked together.

Entry Criteria


The organisation or legal entity submitting the entry on behalf of a group must be registered or domiciled in New Zealand.

The campaign must have taken place in New Zealand between July 2025 and June 2026.

Documents Required for Entry
Letters of Support

2 referees describing in particular the impact the nominee has had on the industry.

Completed Entry Form

All sections must be completed within the specified word counts to be applicable ensuring that all points are addressed.

Group / Organisation Profile

For groups - A description of each member of the group and their contribution to the legacy impact project.


For organisations - A description of the organisation and those within the organisation who contributed to the legacy

impact project.

Supporting Documentation

Evidence to support the projects results/outcomes:


Any three of the below (to be added to the end of the entry form) 


- Up to three images with photo credits listed if applicable

- Up to two videos (url link to video, total viewing time to not exceed three (3) minutes)

- Copies of media coverage (up to four pages long)

- Media evaluation (up to four pages long)

- Client references or testimonials (up to two pages long)

- Website analytics and social sharing (up to four pages long)

- Post-event report (up to four pages long)

- Marketing materials (up to four pages long)

- Weblinks (limit of two)

- Market research findings (up to four pages long)

Payment Terms:

One invoice will be issued for all entries submitted by the same person after the entry deadline.

Invoice payment will be due within three working days.
